We handle hardware failures, accidental deletion, ransomware, and physical damage using secure and confidential processes. --- 2. Diagnostic & Approval We provide a free diagnostic evaluation to determine the condition of your device and the likelihood of recovery. A detailed report and quote will be provided. No recovery work will begin without your approval. --- 3. Payment Terms Full payment is required after successful recovery confirmation and before the release of recovered data. --- 4. Definition of Success A recovery is considered successful if any amount of usable data is retrieved and made available for customer verification, whether partial or complete. --- 5. Risk Disclosure Data recovery involves inherent risks. The process may result in further damage to the device or complete failure. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these risks. --- 6. Confidentiality All customer data is handled with strict confidentiality and accessed only as necessary for recovery purposes. --- 7. Data Storage & Deletion Recovered data will be stored securely for up to 30 days. After this period, all data may be permanently deleted without further notice. Trust Data Recovery is not responsible for any data once it has been deleted. --- 8. Shipping Responsibility Trust Data Recovery is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during shipping to or from our facility. Customers are responsible for proper packaging and are encouraged to use insured and trackable shipping services. --- 9. Third-Party Laboratories By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Trust Data Recovery to utilize trusted third-party laboratories when necessary. Trust Data Recovery is not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control. --- 10. Cancellation Policy If a service is canceled after work has begun, a service fee may apply to cover labor, diagnostics, and resources already used. --- 11. No Warranty All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. --- 12. Failed Recovery Trust Data Recovery is not responsible for unsuccessful recovery attempts or incomplete data retrieval. Failure to recover data does not constitute negligence or fault. --- 13. Ownership Confirmation By submitting a device, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the device and the data contained within it, or that you have full authorization to request data recovery services. --- 14. Illegal Data Trust Data Recovery will not be held responsible for any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited data found on submitted devices. We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion. --- 15. Limitation of Liability Trust Data Recovery shall not be liable for any data loss, device damage, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. In all cases, the total liability of Trust Data Recovery shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the services provided. --- 16. Device Retrieval Devices not claimed within 30 days of notification may be considered abandoned and may be securely disposed of at the company’s discretion. --- 17. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. --- 18.
