What happens during the free evaluation?

We examine your device to assess damage and recovery potential. You'll receive a detailed report with our findings and a no-obligation quote. There's no charge for this assessment, and we don't start work until you approve.

How do you determine the recovery quote?

Your quote depends on the device type, damage severity, and data complexity. We evaluate each case individually and provide a clear price before beginning recovery. No surprises or hidden fees.

What are your payment terms?

We operate on a no-data, no-fee basis. You only pay if we successfully recover your data. Payment is due upon completion and data verification, before we deliver your recovered files.

How do you deliver recovered data?

We transfer your recovered data to a new drive you provide, or we can supply one for an additional cost. For large datasets, we may use multiple drives. You'll receive everything with full documentation of the recovery.

What if my data can't be recovered?

If recovery isn't possible, you pay nothing. We'll explain what we found and why recovery couldn't be completed. We're transparent about limitations from the start.

Do you guarantee my data will be recovered?

We can't guarantee recovery in every case. Some devices are too damaged or have data that's unrecoverable. We'll assess your situation honestly and tell you the realistic chances before we begin work.
